How it works

With PP Poll, you can add a poll to your presentation, let your audience vote by phone and show the results on your slide. No extra tools, no complicated setup. Just insert the add-in, create your question and start presenting.

1) Insert PP Poll

You can insert PP Poll in two different ways:

  1. Go to Home > Add-ins, searching for 'PP Poll' and add it to your slide.

  2. Or use the button below to open PP Poll in PowerPoint.

2) Set up your poll

Enter your question and add the possible answers. The question and answer options are included in the free version of PP Poll.

You can also enable premium options:

  • Live votes while people vote

  • Auto close poll after a set number of seconds.

3) Present your poll

Start your presentation as usual. When the slide with the poll appears, PP Poll automatically shows a QR code and a short voting link. Both options open the same voting page, so your audience can choose the easiest way to join.

4) Let your audience vote

Your audience scans the QR code or opens the link on their phone. They will see the question and answer options on the voting page.

Voting is simple and fast, so people can respond during your presentation without downloading anything.

5) Show the results

When the poll closes, the results are shown directly on your slide.

With the premium 'live votes' feature enabled, results can be displayed while people are still voting. This makes your presentation more interactive and helps you respond to the audience in real time.
