Get started

With PP Poll, adding a survey to your presentation is simple. Your audience can vote via their phones, and you can display the results right on your slide. No extra tools or complicated setup needed. Just add the add-in, create your question, and start presenting.

1. Add PP Poll

You can add PP Poll in two ways:

  • Go to Home > Add-ins, search for 'PP Poll', and add it to your slide.

  • Or use the button below to open PP Poll directly in PowerPoint.

2. Set up your poll

Enter your question and add possible answers. The question and answer options are included in PP Poll's free version.

You can also enable premium features:

  • Live voting that updates as people vote

  • Automatic closing of the poll after a set time.

3. Present your survey

Start your presentation as usual. When the slide with the survey appears, PP Poll will automatically display a QR code and a short voting link. Both options lead to the same voting page, so your audience can choose the easiest way to participate.

4. Let your audience vote

Your audience scans the QR code or opens the link on their phones. They'll see the question and answer options on the voting page.

Voting is quick and easy, allowing people to respond during your presentation without downloading anything.

5. Show the results

When the poll closes, the results appear directly on your slide. With the premium 'live voting' feature, results can be displayed as votes come in. This makes your presentation more interactive and helps you respond to your audience in real time.
